Information codes
If the microwave oven fails to operate, you may see an information code on the
display. Check the table below for the code, and then follow the directions.
Code
Description
The GAS sensor is open.
C-10
The GAS sensor is
shorted.
The microwave has
C-F0
sensed an internal
communications failure.
Only occurs when
C-F1
EEPROM Read or Write
is not working.
A touch button has
C-F2
malfunctioned.
Control buttons

are touched over
10 seconds.
Action
Unplug the power cord of the oven,
and then contact a local Samsung
service center.

Touch STOP, and then try the button
again.
Clean the keys and check if there
is water on the surface around

Care Center.
