Sollte aus bestimmten Gründen der
Austausch von Teilen von Ihnen
selbst vorgenommen werden, sind
nachfolgende Hinweise sowie die
einzelnen Schrittfolgen zu beachten.
Desweiteren sollten alle Ersatz-
oder Verschleissteile, die nicht kurz-
fristig lieferbar sind, bei Ihnen auf
Lager liegen. Produktionsausfälle
sind in der Regel teurer als die Kos-
ten für das Ersatzteil.
Demontierte Schrauben werden
grundsätzlich in gleicher Qualität
(Festigkeit, Werkstoff) und Aus-
führung ersetzt.
Vor Beginn jeder Instandsetzung an
der Maschine und deren Antrieben
sind diese vor unbeabsichtigtem
Einschalten zu sichern. Mit dem
Ziehen des Netzsteckers bzw.
Zündkerzensteckers ist dies
möglich.

7.4 Die Frästrommel
Die Frästrommel ist ein hochbean-
spruchtes Bauteil Ihrer Fräs-
maschine und sollte daher Ihre
besondere Aufmerksamkeit bei der
Wartung und Instandsetzung haben.
Wird die Frästrommel ausgetauscht,
sollte jedesmal die Antriebswelle
gereinigt und eingefettet werden,
damit beim nächsten Wechsel der
Trommel keine Rost - oder
Schmutzablagerungen die Arbeiten
erschweren.

devez remplacer vous-même des
pièces, veuillez tenir compte des
remarques suivantes et respecter
l'ordre des opérations.
En outre, vous devriez avoir en
stocks toutes les pièces de rechan-
ge ou d'usure qui ne peuvent être
livrées rapidement. Les arrêts de la
production sont en général plus
chers que l'acquisition de pièces
détachées.
Les vis enlevées doivent être rem-
placées par des vis de la même
qualité (solidité, matériau) et du
même modèle.
Avant toute réparation sur la
machine et ses moteurs, prévenir
tout démarrage inopiné. Il suffit à cet
égard de retirer la prise secteur ou
la cosse de bougie.
N'utilisez que des pièces
d'origine AIRTEC.
7.4 Le tambour de fraise
Le tambour de fraise est un élément
très sollicité. Accordez-lui pour cette
raison une attention particulière lors
de la maintenance et des
réparations.
Lors du remplacement du tambour
de fraise, nettoyez et graissez
l'arbre d'entraînement afin
qu'aucune trace de rouille ou
d'encrassement ne complique les
travaux lors du prochain remplace-
ment de tambour.

replace parts yourself, please
comply with the following instructi-
ons and work in the sequence
shown.
In addition, you should always keep
stocks of spare or wearing parts that
cannot be supplied at short notice.
Production losses are usually more
expensive than the costs of the
spare part.
Any screws you remove must be
replaced in the same quality
(strength, material) and design.
Before starting repair work on the
machine and the drives, make sure
they cannot be switched on acciden-
tally. Pulling out the mains plug or
the spark plug will safeguiard the
machine.

7.4 Milling drum
The milling drum is a highly
stressed component of your milling
machine and special attention
should be paid to it during mainte-
nance and repairs.
If the milling drum is replaced,
always clean and lubricate the drive
shaft so that the next time the drum
is replaced rust or deposits of dirt do
not make work more difficult.
