Vorbereitung/Inbetriebnahme
Der Zahnriemen muss auf beiden
Zahnriemenscheiben gut parallel
aufliegen. Gut angespannt, jedoch
nicht zu stark! Betätigen Sie die
Maschine nie ohne Riemen-
schutz!
Bei Benzinmotoren vor Inbetrieb-
nahme unbedingt Motoren- und
Getriebeöl einfüllen sowie Weglei-
tung des Motorenherstellers be-
achten!
Die Fräsmaschine und der Indust-
riesauger (falls vorhanden) werden
nun in der folgenden Reihen-folge in
Betrieb genommen:
1. Einschalten des
Industriesaugers
Hauptschalter des
Industriesaugers EIN
2. Inbetriebnahme der
Kleberfräse
a) Überprüfen Sie, ob die Fräs-
trommel in Nullstellung ist, d.h.
hochgezogen durch Betätigung
des Handrades.
b) Überprüfen Sie, dass der Not-
Aus-Schalter nicht betätigt ist,
und der Sicherheitsschalter
steckt.(entfällt bei Benzinmotor)
c) Überprüfen Sie die Drehrichtung
des Antriebmotors mit der Lauf-
richtmarkierung am Motor. Leich-
tes Antippen des EIN-AUS-
Schalters genügt. (Entfällt bei
Benzinmotor).
d) Drehen Sie die Tiefeneinstellung
über das Handrad ganz zurück
(gegen den Uhrzeigersinn), so
dass die Frästrommel den Boden
nach Absenken der Maschine
nicht berühren kann.

Préparation/Mise en service
La courroie dentée doit être mise en
place de façon bien parallèle sur les
deux poulies de courroie. Elle doit
être bien tendue, mais pas trop!
Ne faites jamais fonctionner la
machine sans protection de
courroie!
Dans le cas de machines à mo-
teurs à essence, il est impératif
d'effectuer le remplissage d'huile
de moteur et d'huile à engre-
nages ainsi que de tenir compte
des instructions du constructeur
du moteur !
La fraiseuse et l'aspirateur industriel
(si en place) sont maintenant mis en
service dans l'ordre suivant:
1. Mise en marche de
l'aspirateur industriel
Interrupteur principal de l'aspira-
teur industriel sur MARCHE (EIN)
2. Mise en service de la rabot
a) Vérifiez si le tambour de fraise
est bien en position zéro, c'est-à-
dire déplacé vers le haut suite à
l'actionnement de la roue de
réglage.
b) Vérifiez que l'interrupteur d'arrêt
d'urgence ne soit pas activé (ne
concerne pas les moteurs à es-
sence).
c) Vérifiez le sens de rotation du
moteur d'entraînement en vous
reportant à la marque de sens de
rotation apposée sur le moteur. Il
suffit d'appuyer légèrement sur le
commutateur marche-arrêt (EIN-
AUS). (Ne concerne pas les mo-
teurs à essence).
d) Avec la roue manuelle, tournez le
dispositif de réglage de la pro-
fondeur totalement vers l'arrière
(dans le sens opposé à celui des
aiguilles d'une montre), de telle
sorte que le tambour de fraise ne
puisse toucher le sol lorsque la
machine est abaissée.

Preparation/starting
The gear belt must run parallel on
both driving discs. The belt must be
tight, but not too tight! Never
operate the machine without the
belt guard!
If the machine has a gasoline
motor, fill motor and transmission
oil before starting and read the
manufacturer's instructions!
The miller and the industrial extrac-
tor (where applicable) are now
started in the following sequence:
1. Switch the industrial extractor
on
Main switch of the industrial
extractor ON.
2. Starting the Miller
a) Check that the milling drum is in
the OFF position, i.e. lifted by
means of the seeting wheel.
b) Check that the emergency off
switch has not been pressed, the
Key must be insered! (not appli-
cable with gasoline motors).
c) Check the direction of rotation of
the drive motor with the direction
marking on the motor. Pressing
the ON-OFF switch lightly is suf-
ficient. (Not applicable with gaso-
line motors).
d) Using the hand wheel, turn the
depth setting completely back
(anticlockwise) so that the milling
drum cannot touch the ground
when the machine is lowered.
