2. When the tractor is fitted with 14.9/13 x 24 all
weather tyres the hubs should be attached to
give an overall width of 183cm (72in)
maximum width over the tyres.
3. Before attempting to fit any part of the mower
to the tractor, the following components will
have to be removed:
(a) P.T.O cover complete.
(b) Steps fitted on both sides of the Cab (Ford
tractor only) or cab mounting and steps (MF
20D and MF 245 tractors).
(c) Standard tractor check chains and brackets
(Ford only).
(d) Lower rear window (See also fig. 8).
(e) On Ford tractors it will be necessary to modify
the rear mudguards and reposition the lights.
(Full instructions are supplied with the kit of
parts).
