3.4 Programming the Transmitter
Select Pipe Class
1. Trigger <Right Arrow> to select [Pick Pipe Class].
2. Trigger <Right Arrow> again. Trigger the <Up/Down Arrows> to scroll to desired Pipe
3. Trigger <ENTER> to select Pipe Class.
4. Trigger <Right Arrow>. Trigger <Up/Down Arrows> to scroll to select desired Pipe Size.
Note
Pre-programmed Pipe Size and relevant pipe parameters will appear in menu cells. To
enter dimensions manually if pre-programmed dimensions do not match application, refer
to Operating Instructions manual for details.
Note
The DN sizes listed in the [Select Pipe Size] menu option list are referenced to DIN Table
2448. After selecting pipe size, check pipe OD and wall thickness for correct dimensions.
5. Trigger <ENTER> to save Pipe Size selection.
Select Liquid Class
1. Trigger <Left Arrow> to select [Pipe Data] and then trigger <Down Arrow> to select
[Application Data].
2. Trigger <Right Arrow> to select [Liquid Class].
3. Trigger <Right Arrow> again to select [Liquid Class]. Trigger <Right Arrow> again.
