The handheld type CPX−MMI−1 has been designed for com
missioning and diagnosing Festo products. It is a universal
control panel. It is not limited to use with a particular Festo
product, but is available for use in conjunction with future
products from Festo. The handheld is not adapted to a
particular product. The handheld reads the information
required out of the product to which it is connected.
The operating functions, which are supported by the hand
held, therefore depend on the individual product. In order
to use the handheld, you must have detailed knowledge of
the functions and features of the connected device and of
the relevant machine/system.
