WARRANTY

All service and repair activities should only be carried out by an approved service centre, authorised repair centre or a
Nutricia qualified Technician / BMET. Any repairs conducted by a non-authorised centre will void the warranty.
The warranty is for a period of 24 months for customers from the date of delivery.
Warranty includes the Flocare Infinity III pump, pole clamp, and AC power plug
A Limited Warranty of 1 year is applied to the pump battery.
Warranty covers replacement, within the period for normal wear and tear and not from misuse.
Limitations on warranty
Warranty will be void if the product has been misused, tampered with or the performance specifications have been
altered. Warranty will be void if the product is used outside of the recommendations contained with this IFU.
