Type of Problem
Display reads E=02 or E=07.
System runs briefly and then stops.
Fluid leaking around gun in AutoClean.
System runs in AutoClean mode but does
not clean filter.
AutoClean valve sticks open or closed.
Can't set timer for AutoClean.

What to Check
If check is OK, go to next check.
• Gun trigger and prime valve must both
be open.
• Plugged lines.
Prime Valve.
WatchDog is ON.
Seal.

What to Do
When check is not OK refer to this column.
• Open prime valve.
• Clear blockage.
If prime valve is closed, system may pressurize
to stall - open prime valve.
Switch WatchDog OFF.
Verify there is a seal in one end of valve.

Install new RAC™ 5 115524 seal (A)
if necessary.
Make sure AutoClean valve is open
and is screwed completely onto gun.
Run AutoClean cycle with warm soapy water
or mineral spirits to flush contaminants from
valve.
Pressure must be less than 200 psi, and motor
must be stopped in order to get timer mode.
