9.2 Replacement of the feed wheel
Remove the pressure
spring (Pos. 75) and
disconnect the hoses
(Pos. 88) from the
tension motor (Pos.
504).
Remove the 6 fastening
screws (Pos. 87) from
the bottom plate (Pos.
77), afterwards release
the screw (Pos. 47)
which clamps the shaft
(Pos. 46).
Remove the hexagon
nut (Pos. 48), and pull
out the shaft (Pos. 46).
Pay attention that the
shim (Pos. 45), it can be
lost.
Remove the clamping
nut (Pos. 40) and
protection cover (Pos.
503) to get free the feed
wheel (Pos. 38).
Replace the feed wheel (Pos. 38) and
reassemble it in reverse order.
