7. Operation
Never operate the TP 600 without plastic strap; feed wheel as well as welding and
Route the TITAN plastic strap from the top
around the packing item.
Only use plastic strap which is free of
grease, oil etc.
When inserting the strap pull the end of
strap through until it is in the middle of the
packing item under the upper strap and
protrudes by one length of hand.
Use your left hand to hold both straps exactly
lying above one another.
Pull handle to the tension motor by means
of your right hand and hold it. Pull both
straps to the stop along the side of the
housing wall into the tool. Hereby, the lower
strap must protrude a little out of the tool.
Thereafter release the handle.
For tensioning the strap press push-button
1 and keep it pressed, until the strap
tension desired is achieved.
Thereafter release push-button 1.
