3.3 PROCESSING EVENTS

The list of events, accessed
through the icon 'Events', allows
the monitoring in "real time" of
events occurred.
The most recent event always
appears at the top of the list.
According to its nature, the line
appears writte n in the
associated colour.
If the details concerning the
identity of the carrier of the key
or transmitter have been
introduced, then these will
appear to the right of the list, a
photo of the user may also
appear, and an oral message
which can be confi gured and
transmitted.
The button 'User file' gives
access to the data file of the key
or transmitter associated with the selected line.
Access to earlier events is possible if the list of events is scrolled. The limit is 32000.
To obtain more details, use the search and analysis tools.
3.4 SEARCH A KEY OR TRANSMITTER
Searching a key or transmitter gives access to the
corresponding file for consultation. It is accessed
through the icon 'Search'.
If you are seeking a key or transmitter by its num ber,
introduce the number to be searched in the box
assigned and press 'OK'.
If you are searching a key or transmitter using another
criterion (the carrier's name or the content of a
personalised field), introduce the text to be searched in
the most compl ete form possible, in order to limit the
number of possible replies, since the tool searches
keys and transmitters where the criterion of search
contains the text introduced.
Example:
'IMPSON' will find the keys or transmitters of Bart and Homer SIMPSON
If there are several keys or transmitters corresponding to the search criterion, then a list will appear. Select one
or more lines keeping the 'Ctrl' key pressed, then press 'Open'.
