3.1.4 PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

On the 'Access' menu mark the days to be
adjusted for public holidays.
Up to 32 days can be defi ned as public holidays.
On these days (which take precedence whatever
the day of the week), the time bands defined for
public holidays apply (not including Saturdays and
Sundays).
To define a public holiday, use the calendar and
press on the day desired.
Having passed the public holiday, it can be
automatically renewed on selecting the public
holiday from the list and marking the option
'Automatic renewal'. If the box is not marked, the
public holiday will be eliminated on moving on to
the following day.

3.1.5 CONFIGURATION OF EVENTS

On the 'Access' mark the events to be configured.
Each central keeps in memory the most recent
2048 events. By default all events are archived.
In the case of a remote or non -controlled
installation, it is advised tha t only the most critical
events are memorised in order to increase the
period memorised. The list of the different events
administered enables the independent activation of
the registration of each type of event.
For each type of event a colour can be asso ciated
in order to show an event in real time. Also, for
each type of event an explicit sound message can
be associated, also used when the event occurs in
real time.
The system can store in the PC up to 32000
events.
The system can make an automatic purg e of
events previous to a security period (30 days by default).
