Setting navigation announcements (Nav)

With this function you can select how you wish to hear navi-
gation announcements.
• - The audio source currently being listened to is
switched off and only navigation announcements are
heard.
• - The volume level of the audio source currently
being listened to is decreased. The navigation announce-
ment is set to the same volume level as the previously
heard audio source but still adjustable within a range of +/
-6 dB. If the audio source volume is then changed, the
navigation announcement volume is adjusted accordingly.
• - The audio source being listened to and the
navigation announcement can be set to various levels.
For selection, request PSM menu. By pressing the multifunc-
tion button request the second plane of the PSM menu.

AUX input (Aux)

This can be used to switch on the CD changer AF connections
if no CD changer is connected. An external unit (MD player,
etc.) can then be connected.
For selection, request PSM menu. By pressing the multifunc-
