Please take note of the following operating elements:

Gas test trigger
Function
Control lead connection (1). Connect cable assembly connection plug to
connection of cable assembly control lead (1), establishing signal transmission.
Connect CAT socket (2) to helix cable of the CAT EMERGENCY STOP safety
cut-out. Integrated control lead will transmit signal to peripheral units.
Gas test trigger (black) (3). Press trigger, gas flows. Check the gas volume.
Inching trigger (green) (4). Press trigger once, wire is fed.
NOTE
• As the MF1/2 master feeder is integrated into a welding system, putting
out of operation depends on the robot control system. Please make sure
that the shutdown procedures for all components integrated in the
welding system are strictly observed.
1 Switch off the robot control.
Scheduled maintenance and cleaning is a prerequisite for a long life and a
trouble-free operation. In doing so, observe the following:
