5. VARIOUS FUNCTIONS

5.1 INTERVENTION OVEN DOOR

When the door is open a switch goes in action, which puts the oven 'on hold'; DOOR OPEN icon lit in
green.
The time countdown is stopped, humidification is interrupted, the fans are blocked and the heating is turned
off.
When the door is closed (DOOR OPEN icon lit in red) the cooking cycles resume from where it would
have left off.
5.2 REVERSE ACTION FANS
The fans slow down to allow the reversal of their sense of rotation.
The CYCLE TIMES ARE: 24 seconds OFF, 96 seconds ON rotation DX, 24 seconds OFF, 96 seconds ON
rotation SX, 24 seconds OFF, and the cycle is repeated endlessly.
In this stage the humidification is interrupted.

6 SIGNALS AND ALARMS

The warning signs appear on the TIME/HUMIDITY display (9) while everything else is off.
The buzzer rings to warn you of the anomaly.
The buzzer can be silenced by pressing the START/STOP button
ER1 chamber probe alarm
It presents itself in the event of failure in the chamber probe. Everything is deactivated apart from the light,
the cycle is interrupted and the buzzer goes off.
ER2 oven thermostat safety alarm
It presents itself in the case of malfunctioning in the heating of the oven. (((after 5 seconds))) Everything is
deactivated, the cycle is interrupted and the buzzer goes off.
If the alarms disappears, press the ON/OFF button to reset and the oven goes on OFF.

7 LACK OF POWER

If during a cooking cycle there occurs a power cut, when it returns the oven is put in OFF.
