While cooking, the continuous pressure on the HUMIDITY button allows you to activate the manual
humidification for the whole duration of pressing the button.
During the process of the humidification in the oven, the HUMIDITY icon steadily lights up in red. In the
case the rotation of the fan/motor "reverse" changes, humidification is interrupted momentarily and then
resumes if the HUMIDITY button is pressed again.

2.4 COMPLETION OF A CYCLE OF COOKING IN MANUAL MODE

With the oven in ON, after having set the TEMPERATURE and TIME values, pressing the START/STOP
button will start the cooking cycle. Pressing the button, therefore, you activate the heating, ventilation
and humidifying.
Pressing the START/STOP button stops the cooking cycle at any time; the countdown is halted and
on the TIME display (9) appears the value of the remaining time. If, however, it was time INF, it remains
infinite.
The temperature set values remain available for more possible cooking
Subsequently, pressing the START/STOP button resumes the cooking where interrupted.
While cooking:
The TEMPERATURE/PROGRAMMES display (10) shows the set temperature for 4 seconds (led
TEMPERATURE steadily lit) and for 4 seconds the instantaneous temperature in the cooking chamber
(value measured by probe, led TEMPERATURE icon flashing). These two values alternate.

The TIME display (9) (TIME icon lit) shows the decreasing time in hours (when set on a higher value than an
hour) and minutes, seconds (when it is set on a value less than 60 minutes).
To change the time values, proceed as described in section 2.2
If you replace the INF infinite time with a value, the counting starts from the set value and the cooking cycle
becomes timed.
Or else, if you replace the time value with infinite INF, the counting starts from the set value and the cooking
becomes INFINITE.
If you press the START/STOP button during the timed cooking, it stops and it keeps in memory the
remaining time. Pressing the same button, the cooking resumes with the countdown where interrupted.
At the end of a timed cooking cycle (TIME icon lit), the time display flashes the END, the ventilation
and heating are turned off, and a buzzer rings for 40 seconds. If, during these 40 seconds, you set a time
using the INCREASE / DECREASE buttons and confirm the value by pressing the TIME button
(TIME display (9) fixed values are no longer flashing) the oven will automatically resume the cooking
with the parameters of the cooking cycle that would have just ended. Otherwise, pressing the START/STOP
silences the buzzer and returns to the normal display: the TEMPERATURE/PROGRAMMES (10)
