The commands of the oven are:
Thermostat Switch (1)
Indicator Light (2)
Water Button * (3)
Timer (4)
Regulates the ignition, switching off and the temperature at the
centre of the oven. Manoeuvring the knob you vary the
temperature from 0 to 260° C.
Indicates the functionality of the heating elements
Once the required temperature is reached, the light goes out;
when the temperature is less than the set value, it lights again.
At the pressure of which the solenoid valve is activated until
it is released.

With two operating positions signalled both from power of
the chamber lamp and one at shut down O.
1. From the O position you turn the knob anticlockwise to the position of manual
operation. In this position, the oven may be activated by setting the desired cooking
temperature; the oven will function until the timer knob is brought back to the O
position. Turning the knob to O position a buzzer sound shall ring for 10 seconds
circa. There is no need to perform any manoeuvre to make it stop.
2. From the O position you turn the knob clockwise until you reach the value in
minutes of the duration of the desired operation; the oven begins with the
temperature set on the thermostat. A beep will signal the end of the fixed time, which
shall ring for 10 seconds circa. There is no need to perform any manoeuvre to make
it stop.
