- Water connection
- For the models equipped with a humidifier you must complete the connection with the water mains by
inserting an isolating valve and run the connection with suitable pipes and fitting ¾.
- Safety devices
- The device is equipped with a thermal safety device that stops the power and must be manually reset
after having eliminated the cause of its intervention. Access is on the back of this product.
The verification of the functionality must be done by following the instructions in this booklet, commenting
and explaining to the user.
The maintenance of the equipment must be done by first switching the power off. Any intervention must be
carried out when the oven is cooled to avoid burns in the process.
The components that require intervention for replacement are accessible from the inside of the oven by
removing the protective grids fans, from the outside, removing the back part and the lower cover.
Instructions for use
This equipment is made to cook food, particularly baked goods. Any other use may be dangerous and
should be avoided. The manufacturer declines any sort of responsibility for damage to things and persons
that are a result of different, improper or unreasonable use of the oven, or if tampered with.
Pay attention to hot spots.
Always clean the over at the end of each cooking session, after it has totally cooled down, using non-
abrasive detergents; do not use water jets, clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately.
