12 Disposal of waste
materials
This symbol mark and recycle system
are applied only to EU countries and not
applied to the countries in the other area of
the world.
Your product is designed and manufactured with
high quality materials and components which can be
recycled and reused.
This symbol means that electrical and electronic
equipment, at their end-of-life, should be disposed of
separately from your household waste.
Please dispose of this equipment at your local
Community waste collection or Recycling centre.
In the European Union there are separate collection
systems for used electrical and electronic products.

13 Troubleshooting

This product must only be repaired by
suitably trained personnel or under the
supervision of VIDEOTEC personnel in
accordance with the foreseen terms and
conditions: IEC/EN60079-19.
Contact an authorized support centre if the
problems listed below persist or you have
any other issues that are not described
here.
PROBLEM
The product does not go on.
CAUSE
Wiring error, blown fuse.
SOLUTION
Make sure the connections are
correct. Check the continuity of the
fuses and replace them with the
indicated models should they fail.

PROBLEM
The saved preset positions do not
correspond to the camera range.
CAUSE
Loss of absolute position reference
point.
SOLUTION
Follow the calibration procedure for
Pan & Tilt from the keyboard (refer to
the relative manual) or reset the unit
by switching it on and off.
PROBLEM
The device does not move during
the start-up phase.
CAUSE
The environment temperature is too
low.
SOLUTION
Wait until the end of the pre-heating
procedure. If the air temperature is
too low the unit will remain disabled.
