► In the interest of preventing patient injuries and to maintain product quality, we recommend performing regu­
lar service.
► Please see the service pass for more information about the service intervals. This is included in the purchased
extended warranty packages.

Incorrect electrode settings due to muscle fatigue
Injury due to faulty control or malfunction of the product.
► Allow the patient to rest during the adjustment of the electrodes.
CAUTION
Penetration of dirt and humidity into the product
Injury due to faulty control or malfunction of the product.
► Ensure that neither solid particles nor liquids can penetrate into the product.

Risk of injury due to malfunction of the product.

Manual unlocking of elbow lock under load
Injury by release of elbow lock under load.
► Particular caution should be exercised when unlocking the elbow lock while lifting heavy loads.
► Be careful when unlocking the lock under such conditions due to the possibility of injury.
CAUTION
Damage to connecting cable due to kinking or small radii
Risk of injury due to unexpected product behaviour as a result of a malfunction.
► Make sure there are no tight angles or kinks when installing the cables.
► Replace the connecting cable immediately if it is damaged.
CAUTION
Incorrect donning and doffing of the prosthesis
Risk of injury due to sudden flexion of the prosthesis.
► Switch off the prosthesis before donning or doffing.
► The prosthesis must always be flexed for donning and doffing.
