ASSEMBLY
1. Apply:
• ESSO beacon 325 grease or Aeroshell
grease #7A (RS90N/RS90NR/RS90RS/
RS90MS)
NOTE:
Apply grease to the bushings 1 and the shaft 2 in
the area a shown in the illustration.
b 5 ~ 15 mm (0.20 ~ 0.59 in)
2. Install:
• Rear shock absorber 1 (RS90N/RS90NR/
RS90RS)
NOTE:
Install the rear shock absorber with its gas cylinder
a facing downward.
3. Install:
• Front shock absorber 1 (RS90N/RS90NR/
RS90RS)
NOTE:
Install the front shock absorber with the charging
valve a facing towards the rear of the machine.
4. Install:
• Stopper band 1
NOTE:
Install the stopper band with a toward the front
pivot arm and b toward the shaft.
