OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend that you purchase your
accessories from the same store that sold you
the tool. Use good quality accessories marked
with a well-known brand name. Choose the
type according to the work you intend to
undertake. Refer to the accessory packaging
for further details. Store personnel can assist
you and offer advice.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the
instruction book carefully.
1. CHARGING THE BATTERY
Chargers and batteries are specifically
designed to work together. Do not attempt to
use batteries with any other charger than that
specified in these instructions.
Important notes for charging the battery:
In a warm environment or after heavy use, the
battery pack may become too hot to allow
charging. Allow time for the battery to cool
down before recharging.
BEFORE USING YOUR CORDLESS GRASS
TRIMMER, YOU MUST FULLY CHARGE THE
BATTERY
Your battery pack is UNCHARGED and
must be fully charged once before use. Your
battery pack will not be fully charged until
you have performed several charge and
A
discharge operations by charging & working
with your trimmer. After this your battery pack
performance will improve.

2. INSTALL THE CHARGER STANDS (See
Fig. A1, A2 & A3)
Slide the two charger stands (A) into the both
grooves on back of the charger. The charger
can stand as shown in Fig.A3.

3. TO CHARGE THE BATTERY (See Fig. A4)
Connect the battery charger to the power
supply and the green light (B) will illuminate.
Slide the battery pack into the charger to
make the connections. The green light (B)
will be off and the red light (C) will illuminate
to show charging has started. A discharged
battery at normal ambient temperature will
take approximately 1 hour to reach full charge.
When charging is completed the green light
(B) will illuminate and the red light (C) will turn
off.
