Honey waffl es
GB
For approx. 8 waffl es

150 g soft butter
3 eggs
270 g fl our
200 g sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 l milk
6 tbsp honey
1 pinch salt
Icing sugar for dusting.
Close and heat up the waffl e iron.
Stir the butter, honey, eggs and salt to a foamy
batter; stir in the milk, then the sugar, fl our and
baking powder.
Place about 3 tablespoons of batter into the middle
of each lower baking surface, then close the waffl e
iron. Allow each waffl e to bake for about 3 minutes
until golden brown.
Place the fi nished waffl es on a cooling rack and
dust them with icing sugar while still warm.
White chocolate waffl es
For approx. 8 waffl es
150 g soft butter
3 eggs
150 g sugar
100 g grated white chocolate
250 g fl our
1 tsp cinnamon
50 ml milk

Close and heat up the waffl e iron.
Beat the butter with the sugar, eggs and cinnamon
until creamy. Then stir in the milk, white chocolate
and fl our.
Place about 2 tablespoons of batter into the middle
of each lower baking surface, then close the waffl e
iron. Allow each waffl e to bake for about 3 minutes
until golden brown.
Lay the ready waffl es on a cake grill.
Oatmeal waffl es
For approx. 8 waffl es
150 g soft butter
130 g sugar
3 eggs
100 g sour cream
1 small bottle of rum fl avouring
75 g fl our
75 g tender oatmeal fl akes
Icing sugar for dusting.
Close and heat up the waffl e iron.
Beat the butter with the sugar, eggs and sour
cream and the rum fl avouring until creamy.
Then stir in the fl our and oat fl akes.
Place about 3 tablespoons of batter into the middle
of each lower baking surface, then close the waffl e
iron. Allow each waffl e to bake for about 3 minutes
until golden brown.
Place the fi nished waffl es on a cooling rack and
dust them with icing sugar while still warm.
