Troubleshooting Tips...Before you call for service
Save time and money! Review the charts on the following pages first and you may not need to call for service.

Possible Causes
Filter reaching expired state

What To Do
Press the Filter Status pad to show remaining filter life.

When the unit has detected a new filter (a filter has been

Replace filter.

from filter replacement.
Verify there are no scratches or filter label damage.
