7. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
You may solve many common appliance problems easily, saving you time and the expense of a possible service call.
Try the following suggestions to see if you can solve the problem before calling for service
PROBLEM
The appliance does not work.
The appliance does not cool.
The motor switches on and off frequently.
The light does not work.
The appliance vibrates.
The appliance seems to make too much noise.
The door does not close properly.

 It is unplugged.
 It is turned off.
 The circuit breaker is off or the fuse blown.
 Check the temperature control setting.
 The ambiant room temperature may be very warm thus the
appliance may requires a higher setting.
 The door is open too often.
 The door is not properly closed.
 The door seal may be damaged or eroded and is not sufficiently
sealed.
 Room temperature is higher than normal.
 A high number of products have been added.
 The door is open too often.
