3. FEATURES AND STORAGE
STORAGE CAPACITY
Wine bottles vary in size and dimensions. Thus, your cabinet is designed to be flexible and adapt to your needs.
The capacity of this unit is based on a ''Bordeaux'' 750 ml standard type bottle format.
THE CONFIGURATION OF THE UNIT
The unit consists of a single, independent zone.
This unit has 6 shelves. The upper 5 shelves containing 5 bottles each, the last shelf holding 3 + 2,
stacked.
Note: Shelves may be removed to allow for storage of larger format bottles.
TO MOVE OR REMOVE A SHELF
Remove all bottles.
Pull the shelf toward the exterior.
Loosen the fastener on the right side and lift the left fastener (at the same time) and pull.
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURES FOR CHILLING WINE
Red Wines:
Dry/White/Rosé Wines
Sparkling Wines
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR STORAGE
Your unit was designed to store a maximum number of bottles in total security. We recommend that you observe the
tips to optimize loading.
Spread out your bottles over the shelves as evenly as possible, so that the weight is not concentrated in one area.
Make sure your bottles do not come in contact with the back of the cabinet or the bottom step.
Also, make sure that the bottles are not all grouped together at the top or bottom of the cabinet.
Observe the loading instructions provided, according to the type of storage fixtures with which your unit is equipped
NOTE: Before changing the original configuration of your unit, seek advice from your retailer.
