TAPE REPLACEMENT
Take care when working with the
tape. Danger of injury caused by
sharp edges.
Do not bend the tape.
Switch off power supply, make sure
that power cannot be accidentally
restored/switched back on.
Unscrew the device from the mount-
ing socket.
Open the lid to the tape chamber.
Remove the tape roller (4 screws).
Mount a new tape roller (observe
the direction of winding), leave
about 1.5m of tape unwound. Ensure
that the tape moves inside the tape
leading bolts.
Remove tape cleaner (including
sealing), to lead the tape through
the socket pipe.
Mount the sensor weight in accord-
ance to the drawing.
Lead sensor weight into the socket.
Remount the device to the flange.
Check the leading of the tape inside
the tape chamber.
Close the lid to the tape chamber
tightly.
Switch on power supply. The sen-
sor weight moves automatically in
the "upper stop position".
The device is now ready for work.
Measurements can be started.
A new software adjustment is not
necessary.
Note:
Only the manufacturer is allowed to
repair units with approval BVS / DMT
dust Ex-zone 10/11.

BANDWECHSEL
Vorsicht beim Hantieren mit dem
Meßband. Verletzungsgefahr
durch scharfe Kanten. Messband
nicht knicken.
Spannungsversorgung abschal-
ten, gegen Wiedereinschalten si-
chern.
Gerät vom Befestigungsstutzen
abschrauben.
Gehäusedeckel zum Bandraum
öffnen.
Bandspule ausbauen.
Neue Bandspule einbauen (auf
Wicklungssinn achten!). Ca. 1,5 m
Band abgewickelt lassen. Darauf
achten, daß das Band innerhalb
der Bandführungsbolzen läuft.
Bandreinigungseinrichtung (mit
Dichtring) ausbauen, um Messband
durch Stutzendurchführung führen
zu können.
Gemäß nebenstehender Zeich-
nung Fühlgewicht montieren.
Fühlgewicht in Befestigungsstutzen
einführen, Gerät wieder anschrau-
ben.
Führung des Messbandes im Band-
raum kontrollieren, ggfls. korrigie-
ren, Gehäusedeckel dicht verschlie-
ßen.
Gerät an Versorgungsspannung
legen. Das Fühlgewicht fährt nun
automatisch in die Position 'obere
Endlage'.
Das Gerät ist nun betriebsbereit.
Messvorgänge können gestartet
werden.
Es muss kein Softwareabgleich o.ä.
vorgenommen werden.
Anmerkung:
Geräte in Ausführung BVS/DMT
Staub-Ex-Zone 10/11 dürfen nur
vom Hersteller instandgesetzt wer-
den.
REMPLACEMENT DU RUBAN
Prudence en cas de manipulation
du ruban, risque de blessures pro-
voquées par des bords coupants!
Ne pas plier le ruban.
Couper l'alimentation en courant, empê-
cher un réenclenchement possible.
Dévisser l'appareil du manchon de fixa-
tion.
Ouvrir le couvercle du compartiment du
ruban.
Enlever la bobine d'enroulement du ru-
ban.
Installer une nouvelle bobine d'enroule-
ment (en veillant au sens de bobinage!),
laisser déroulée une longueur de ruban
de 1,5 m environ.
Veiller à ce que le ruban de mesure
glisse bien dans la broche-guide.
Démonter le dispositif de nettoyage du
ruban (avec la bague d'étanchéité), pour
pouvoir guider le ruban de mesure à
travers le passage du manchon.
Monter la sonde conformément au cro-
quis ci-contre.
Introduire la sonde dans le manchon de
fixation, visser à nouveau l'appareil.
Vérifier si le guidage du ruban dans son
compartiment est correct, le corriger le
cas échéant, fermer hermétiquement le
couvercle du boîtier.
Connecter à nouveau l'appareil à la ten-
sion d'alimentation. La sonde se déplace
automatiquement dans la "position d'ar-
rêt haut".
L'appareil est à nouveau en état de
marche. Les processus de mesure peu-
vent être lancés.
Il n'est pas nécessaire d'effectuer un
réglage du logiciel ou autres.
Remarque:
La réparation des appareils des ver-
sions BVS/DMT utilisés dans les zones
10/11 de poussières inflammables doit
être effectuée exclusivement par le fa-
bricant.

SOSTITUZIONE DEL NASTRO
Fare attenzione quando si mani-
pola il nastro, in quanto vi sono
rischi di lesioni causate da bordi
taglienti.
Non piegare il nastro.
Spegnere il dispositivo e controlla-
re che non si possa accidental-
mente riaccendere.
Svitare il dispositivo dal manicotto
di montaggio.
Aprire il coperchio della camera del
nastro.
Rimuovere la bobina d'avvolgimen-
to del nastro (4 viti).
Installare una nuova bobina d'av-
volgimento del nastro (rispettare la
direzione d'avvolgimento) e lascia-
re circa 1,5 m di nastro non avvolto.
Controllare che il nastro si possa
muovere all'interno dei bulloni di
guida.
Rimuovere il dispositivo di pulitura
del nastro (compresa la tenuta) per
inserire il nastro nel passante del
manicotto.
Montare la sonda in base al dise-
gno.
Guidare la sonda nel manicotto,
reinstallare il dispositivo sulla flan-
gia.
Controllare che il capo del nastro
sia all'interno della camera del
nastro.
Chiudere il coperchio a tenuta della
camera del nastro.
Accendere il dispositivo. La sonda si
sposterà automaticamente in "po-
sizione d'arresto superiore".
Il dispositivo è ora pronto per il fun-
zionamento.
Si possono avviare le misurazioni.
Non è necessario procedere alla
modifica del nuovo software.
Nota: La riparazione dei gruppi com-
pete esclusivamente al produttore
con approvazione BVS / DMT per ex-
zona 10/11 per polveri.
