The ILS measuring device fea-
tures a high degree of function-
al reliability and it requires virtu-
ally no maintenance during nor-
mal operation. The following in-
structions must, however, be
followed:
- open the lid of the rope/tape
chamber.
- Remove any excess material
from the rope/tape chamber.
Carry out a visual inspection
of the rope/tape to check that
there are no abrasions or
damage.
Close the lid of the rope/tape
chamber tightly.
If the rope-/tape is rubbed-off
or damaged, it must be changed
(perhaps shortened). Available
spare parts are:
- single rope
- rope-tape roller complete
(with 30m rope or 23m tape)
- mounting set for sensor
weight
- sensor weights

Câble/ruban
Fune/nastro
Service interval
(error code 9)
Error code 9 is created automat-
ically after following number of
measurements:
rope version: 30000
tape version: 40000
Furthermore, to guarantee per-
fect functioning, substitution of
the rope/tape is recommended
(see page M.45 or page M.46).
Cancel the error code by press-
ing the "RUN" key
The next signal will appear af-
ter another 30,000 (40,000)
measurements.

Das Mess-System ILS besitzt
eine sehr hohe Funktionssicher-
heit und zeichnet sich durch ei-
nen nahezu wartungsfreien
Betrieb aus.
Dennoch sollten folgende Kon-
trollen regelmäßig vorgenommen
werden:
- Gehäusedeckel zum Seil-/
Bandraum öffnen.
- Ggf. eingedrungenes Füllgut
entfernen.
- Mess-Seil/Band auf Abrieb
oder Beschädigung überprü-
fen.
- Deckel wieder dicht schließen.
Sollte das Mess-Seil/Band ver-
schlissen oder abgerissen sein,
muss es ausgetauscht (ggf.
gekürzt) werden. Als Ersatztei-
le sind erhältlich:
- Mess-Seil lose
- Seil-/Bandspule komplett (mit
30 m Mess-Seil oder 23 m
Messband)
- Befestigungssatz für Fühlge-
wicht
- Fühlgewichte
Wartungsintervall
(Fehlercode 9)
Der Fehlercode wird automa-
tisch nach einer bestimmten
Anzahl von Messungen ange-
zeigt:
Seilausführung: 30 000
Bandausführung: 40 000
Zur Gewährleistung eines stö-
rungsfreien Betriebs wird in die-
sem Fall dringend empfohlen,
das Seil/Band auszuwechseln
(siehe Seite M.45 oder M.46).
Die Störmeldung durch Betäti-
gung der Taste „RUN" löschen.
Die nächste Meldung wird nach
weiteren 30 000 (40 000) Mes-
sungen angezeigt.
L'indicateur de niveau ILS est
très fiable et n'exige pratique-
ment aucun entretien pendant le
fonctionnement ordinaire. Il est
recommandé de respecter les
indications suivantes:
- Ouvrir le couvercle de la cham-
bre du câble/ruban.
- Enlever la matière en excédent
de la chambre du câble/ruban.
- Procéder à un contrôle visuel
du câble/ruban pour vérifier
qu'il n'y a pas d'abrasions ou
de dégâts.
- Fermer hermétiquement le cou-
vercle du câble/ruban.
Si le câble/ruban est usé ou en-
dommagé il devra être remplacé
(si nécessaire le raccourcir).
Les pièces détachées suivan-
tes sont disponibles :
- câble individuel
- bobine d'enroulement câble /
ruban complet (avec câble de
30 m ou ruban de 23 m)
- groupe de fixation pour la son-
de
- sondes

Le code erreur 9 est affiché
automatiquement après les me-
sures suivantes :
version à câble : 30000
version
à ruban: 40000
En outre, pour garantir une opé-
ration parfaite, il est recomman-
dé de remplacer le câble/ruban
(voir page M.45 ou page M.46).
Effacer le code d'erreur sur
l'écran en appuyant sur le bou-
ton "RUN".
Le signal suivant apparaîtra
après 30000 (40000) autres
mesures.

L'indicatore di livello ILS è molto
affidabile e non richiede prati-
camente nessuna manutenzio-
ne durante il normale funziona-
mento. Si raccomanda comun-
que di rispettare le seguenti in-
dicazioni:
- aprire il coperchio della came-
ra della fune/nastro.
- rimuovere il materiale in ecces-
so della camera della fune/na-
stro.
- procedere ad un controllo vi-
sivo della fune/nastro per ve-
rificare che non ci siano abra-
sioni o danni.
- chiudere a tenuta il coperchio
della camera della fune/nastro.
Se la fune/nastro è consumata
o danneggiata dovrà essere
sostituita (eventualmente accor-
ciata). Sono disponibili i seguen-
ti pezzi di ricambio:
- fune singola
- bobina d'avvolgimento fune/
nastro completa (con fune da
30m o nastro da 23m)
- gruppo di fissaggio per la son-
da
- sonda
Intervallo di servizio
(codice errore 9)
Il codice errore 9 viene visualiz-
zato automaticamente dopo le
seguenti misurazioni:
versione con fune: 30000
versione con nastro: 40000
Inoltre, per garantire un'opera-
zione perfetta, si raccomanda
la sostituzione della fune/nastro
(vedere pag. M.45 o pag. M.46).
Cancellare il codice errore sul
display premendo il pulsante
"RUN".
Il segnale successivo apparirà
dopo altre 30000 (40000) misu-
razioni.
