Activating BBE Digital
BBE Digital is a digital processing method to
restore the brilliance and clarity of the original
live sound in recording, broadcasts, etc. When
a speaker reproduces sound, it introduces
frequency-dependent phase shifting, causing
high-frequency sounds to take longer to reach
the ear than low frequency sounds.
BBE Digital adjusts the phase relationship
between the low, mid, and high frequencies by
adding a progressively longer delay time to the
low and mid frequencies, so that all frequencies
reach the listener's ears at the proper time. A
more brilliance and clearer sound is heard.
1
Enter the BBE menu (see page 4).
