Important:
- A handset cannot delete itself
- If the handset to be deleted is out of range of the base station (e.g. lost or off), it will be necessary to repeat the
procedure again
If the telephone does not work
• General information
Make sure the telephone cable is not damaged and is properly connected. Remove any possible additional equip-
ments (extension cable and other telephones). If after that the telephone works, this means there is a connection
error with another device.
• The telephone number is not displayed
- Displaying the caller number must be permitted by your network operator.
• Sound signal during a communication
The batteries are about to be depleted.
- Put the mobile handset on the charging station
The telephone range is exceeded
- Move the mobile handset closer to the base station
- Make sure the network adapter is properly connected to the charging station and to the power outlet.
• The telephone does not work
Make sure the network adapter is properly connected to the base station and to the power outlet. Check the
telephone cable is properly connected to the base station and the telephone base.
Connect another telephone to your outlet. If this device works, your telephone is for sure defective.
Indication: The telephone does not work in case of power outage.
• The mobile handset does not turn on
Check the batteries are properly placed and charged.
Check the network adapter of the charging station is properly connected
Only use the supplied rechargeable batteries
Try to remove the batteries for 90 seconds and put them back into place.
• The communication stops during the communication when moving
Check the batteries are properly placed and charged.
Check the network adapter of the charging station is properly connected
Move the mobile handset closer to the base station
• Impossible to save a new telephone number in the contacts
Check the memory space is sufficient to save it. If necessary, delete the unused contacts, to free space.
• Poor sound quality
Move closer to the base station
Make sure the telephone is not near an electrical installation. If you use broadband for the telephone link, make sure
an adapted "microfilter" is installed.
• No dialing tone
Check all the cable connections (only use the supplied telephone cable)
