Using the automatic answering machine from the mobile handset
• Skip a message
1. Press once the key . The screen of the mobile handset goes to the message menu. Go to the menu "Skip" and
press [OK]. The number of new messages as well as the number of recorded messages is then displayed.
2. Finally, the messages are skipped. When listening to the message, the date and the time of the call are displayed.
3. When listening to the message, you can adapt the volume of the keys with the keys

Using the automatic answering machine from the base station
Once the answering machine is set and the greeting message is recorded, the important functions of the answering
machine can be used simply and comfortably from the base station.
• Turning on / off the automatic answering machine
The automatic answering machine is turned on by pressing the ON/OFF key and then can record messages. The
right green LED of the answering machine is continuously turned on. By pressing normally the ON/OFF key, you
turn off again the answering machine and the LED turns off.
If a new message has been recorded, the right green LED of the answering machine flashes as an indication.
• Listening to the messages
The LED "answering machine indication" flashes continuously when you have new messages. Press the key
listen to the messages. You can set the volume by pressing repeatedly the key
listened, the green LED of the answering machine remains turned on without flashing. To stop the messages, press

Press the key to listen to the messages from the beginning. For fast forwarding or rewinding or repeating a
message, press the key

3. Press [Stop] to finish recording. The recorded greeting message is heard in speaker
mode to control it.
