To select "Call transfer" mode:
- In "Menu", select the icon
- Select "Set Mode", validate with "Ok"
- Select "externalCall", validate with "Ok" a beep validates the change
- "Return" to the main screen
- "Door Ext" is displayed on the screen.
When your visitor presses the button on the roadside panel, the TOPTEL handset can automatically dial the pre-
selected telephone number (forwarding the call to a fixed-line or mobile (GSM). This function therefore allows you
to speak to your visitor from anywhere using a fixed line or a mobile phone, by simply answering the call.
At the end of the conversation, press the # key on your telephone or GSM to hang up. During the conversation a
series of sound "beeps" is heard to indicate that the communication stops. You can hear the time out pressing any
key and continue the conversation for 60 seconds.

• FUNCTION: Leave a message
Select "Leave a message" mode for the doorphone function:
Before you can activate the "Leave a message" function, you first have to record the answer machine welcoming
message which will be automatically played from the roadside panel when a visitor rings.
To record a welcoming message in "Leave a message" mode for the doorphone function:
- In "Menu", select the icon
- Select "Record Am", validate with "Ok"
- Select "Leave Memo", validate with "Ok"
- "Record", "Ok"
- Leave your message and finish with "Stop"
- Listen, if the message is the right one, return to the main menu with "return" or record again pressing "ok"
To select "Leave a message" mode in the doorphone function:
- In "Menu", select the icon
- Select "Set Mode", validate with "Ok"
- Select "Leave memo", validate with "Ok"
- "Return" to the main screen
- "Door Mem" is displayed on the screen
When your visitor presses the button on the roadside panel, this will play your pre-recorded message (e.g. "I am
not at home, leave me a message".)
Then the TOPTEL will begin to record your visitor's message, with a maximum of 90 seconds for each message.
