Use the USB cable to connect the UA-700 to your computer.
1. With the power switch turned OFF, connect the AC adaptor to the
UA-700.
2. Connect the AC adaptor to an electrical outlet.
3. Use the USB cable to connect the UA-700 to your computer.

Place the UA-700's ADVANCE (mode select)
switch in the OFF position.

Set the UA-700's power switch to the ON position.

USB composite device will be
detected automatically, and the
"Add New Hardware Wizard"
dialog box will appear. Click
[Next].

When "What do you want
Windows to do?" appears, select
"Search for the best driver for
your device (Recommended)",
and click [Next].

A dialog box like the one shown
will appear.
Check CD-ROM drive, and click
[Next]
Getting Connected and Installing Drivers (Windows)
Once the connections
have been completed,
turn on power to your
various devices in the
order specified. By
turning on devices in the
wrong order, you risk
causing malfunction and/
or damage to speakers
and other devices.
Advance mode is
OFF
This unit is equipped
with a protection circuit.
A brief interval (a few
seconds) after power up
is required before the unit
will operate normally.
If this dialog box does not
appear, refer to "Find
new hardware wizard"
does not execute
automatically (p. 241).
If the display indicates
"Can't find an updated
driver for this device",
check "Updated driver",
and click [Next].
