are carried out with a different AC/DC charger from the one supplied by
Caberg S.p.A., if the seals on the battery show signs of modifi cation, being
tampered with or broken, or if the batteries have been used to power other
equipment apart from the CABERG JUST SPEAK® system.
In compliance with the provisions of Art. 132 Italian Legislative Decree no.
206/2005, Caberg S.p.A. will reject any guarantee claim:
- if the consumer has delivered the product to the authorized retailer more
than two (2) months after discovery of the declared fault or defect;
- if the guarantee card does not contain the information expressly
requested and the product sales receipt is not included;
- if a period of time of more than two (2) years has elapsed between the
date of purchase of the product indicated on the tax receipt and the
presentation of the product to the authorized retailer;
- if the person has not purchased the product as a normal "consumer".
EXPENSES
If a guarantee claim is found to be late, unjustifi e d because the fault or defect
is found not to exist or the declared fault is not covered by the guarantee,
the consumer will be liable to pay all the expenses incurred in verifi cation,
repairs and delivery of the product to Caberg S.p.A. by the authorized
retailer, and the cost of returning the product to the authorized retailer.
