Activating the linked picture orbiting function
Before using the linked picture orbiting function
• Specify the first projector whose LINK IN jack is not in use as a master
projector. The picture orbiting on/off setting on the master projector is
effective for all the slave projectors regardless of that on the slave
projectors.
• Set the group index numbers of all the projectors for which you want to
activate the linked picture orbiting function to the same number.
To select the picture orbiting function

Turn on the master projector, and set it to the service mode.
For details, see "Service mode" on page 53

Display the PIC ORBITING menu.

Select PIC ORBITING or SCAN LINE SHIFT as necessary, by
pressing the v or V key, then press the ENTER key.

Press the v or V key to select ON, then press the ENTER key.
To start the linked picture orbiting function
Turn on all the projectors connected.
The picture orbiting function is activated in about a minute after the master
projector has been turned on.
To stop the linked picture orbiting function
Set PIC ORBITING and SCAN LINE SHIFT in the master projector's PIC
ORBITING menu to OFF.
Notes
• When the master projector is in all white mode, only SCAN LINE SHIFT
functions.
• At least one master projector should exist in the system.
• Be sure to turn on all the projectors in the system so that the sync signal
flows through the system.
