19. Reels
The JMB-M will be standard equipped with a high pressure/low pressure reel.
Always secure/block the reel(s) after use and before transporting the trailer.
Please note for possible risk of heat to the high pressure coupling of the reel(s) at the use of the burner.
Always unroll the reel hose(s) completely during spraying activities to ensure an optimal performance!
Disconnect the low pressure coupling: loosen ring to the left, disconnect the coupling, tighten the ring back to the
right for the water connection.
Connect the low pressure coupling again: Loosen ring (left), lock the coupling, tighten the ring to the right.
Disconnect the high pressure coupling: loosen the plastic coupling to the right.
Put the hose coupling on the high pressure gun and lance. Lock back the coupling by turning to the left.

High pressure coupling
20. Support arm
The support arm is mounted at the back, underneath the trailer on the light bar.
Watch out for the crossover point of the support arm at a filled/unfilled water tank.
Pulling out the support arm can be done by the red handle, the support arm folds now, set the support arm fixed
to the ground by the central bolt (circled in red on photo 3) and with aid of a wheel bolt/crank.
Pull back the red handle and push the support arm upwards to return to fold.
Pay also attention to compensation of the spring on the axles. If the supports are lowered completely, they will
take the entire weight of the load and can become damaged.
On soft ground, suitable sheet/plate material has to be laid under the supports.
21. Pressure valve
The pressure control valve has a fixed default setting, this is not adjustable.
22. Descaling pump (option)
The trailer is also equipped with a descaling pump and descaling tank (5 litres), they are situated on the support
plate above the high pressure pump. These pump ensures that the descaling product will be pumped to the coil
of the burner if the burner is put into operation (if there's a flame, this means when fuel valve is opened). This is to
prevent scale deposits to the coil of the burner. See also the manual for operation of the dosage pump!
Basic settings descaling pump: turn the regulating screw to second position (2th indication, see mark on the pic-
ture left -> 1 liter = 5h 5 mins.) at water hardness of 20° F when using the DiBO recommended anti scale product
(3.8550.650). Depending on the scale deposits the pump may be put to the middle position (1 liter = 3h 55 mins.).
Adjust the other settings experimentally according the local hardness / application / cleaning temperature. Atten-
tion: always set the descaling pump to position: on, do not turn off! The burner can still work approx. 2 hours be-
fore the PLC switches off the burner. During these 2 hours, the reset button will start flashing to indicate that the
softening product is running dry. The descaling pump will not work at using cold water but jumps automatically on
when the burner motor is activated and the pump will work during xx sec. when the motor is deactivated!
The descaling pump has also a run dry protection of the softening tank.
