16. Soulever légèrement le support arrière
et retirer celui-ci (attention , chaque
support est guidé avec 2 douilles en
laiton. Ne pas les âbimer)
17. Soulever le support avant et retirer
l'entraînement (attention, ne pas blesser
le câble sur la règle en verre - ne pas
tirer l'entraînement trop à l'extérieur à
cause des fils des switchs)
18. Retirer - le roulement l'entretoise
- les 2 roulements a poulie
19. Dévisser entièrement l'écrou auto-
bloquant
20. Remonter la nouvelle poulie- les 2
roulements l'entretoise le roulement
'écrou auto-bloquant
21. Serrer celui-ci en maintenant
l'entraînement bloqué avec la goupille
de 2.5mm jusqu'à élimination du jeux
sur l'axe
22. Faire sortir le câble par la portée arrière
de l'axe d'entraînement
23. Faire une boucle tournée en avant
(croisé à l'arrière- voir dessin p6)
24. Passer l'axe d'entraînement dans
l'instrument et la boucle du câble
25. Pousser l'axe au maximum en arrière
26. Positionner le câble sur la poulie
27. Tendre le câble en tirant
précautionneusement dessus vers la
gauche (à l'emplacement du tendeur sur
la base
28. Maintenir la tension du câble avec un
doigt et positionner le support
d'entraînement avant (attention aux 2
douilles de guidage)
29. Monter le tendeur en faisant attention
de ne pas frotter le câble sur la règle en
verre (ne pas bloquer les vis et attention
aux douilles de guidage)
30. Glisser le support arrière de
l'entraînement sur l'axe et le fixer
(attention aux deux douilles de guidage
et ne pas bloquer les 2 vis )
31. Contrôler que le câble est bien logé
dans la poulie d'entraîne-ment
32. Serrer les 4 vis imbus des supports
d'entraînement et bloquer (en croix!)

Drähte der Mikroschalter beschränken
das Ausfahren des Antriebes.
18. Kugellager sowie die 2 Zwischenlager
entfernen.
19. Selbst-Blockiermutter ganz entfernen.
20. Montiere neue Rolle, mit 2
Zwischenlager, Kugellager und Selbst-
Blockiermutter.
21. Antrieb mit Stift ∅ 2.5mm blockieren
und das Achsspiel mittels Mutter
aufheben.
22. Das Stahlseil durch die hintere
Oeffnung der Antriebsachse
herausführen.
23. Eine Schlaufe nach vorne bilden
(hinten gekreuzt, gemäss Zeichnung
Seite 14).
24. Antriebsachse durch die
Führungssäule und Seilschlaufe
führen.
25. Achse möglichst nach hinten
schieben.
26. Seil auf der Rolle positionieren.
27. Seil spannen indem vorsichtig nach
links gezogen wird (an die Stelle des
Spanners auf dem Sockel).
28. Von Hand das Seil straff halten und
den linken Antriebshalter positionieren
(die 2 Fèhrungshülsen beachten).
29. Spanner wieder einbauen und darauf
achten, dass das Seil nicht die
Glasmassstabkante nicht berührt
(Schrauben nicht festziehen,
Führungshülsen beachten.)
30. Rechter Antriebshalter auf die Achse
schieben und leicht befestigen
(Schrauben nicht festziehen,
Führungshülsen beachten).
31. Seil auf korrekte Lage in der
Antriebsrolle prüfen.
32. Die 4 Inbusschrauben der beiden
Antriebshalter diagonal zueinander
blockieren.
16. Raise the back support slightly and pull
it (attention, each support is guides
through 2 brass bushes. Do not ruin
them.
17. Raise the front support and full the
drive out (attention, do not touch the
cabel on the glass scale - do not pull
the drive entirely out because of the
switch wires).
18. Unscrew the self-locking nut
completely
19. Dismantle the bearings,- the traverse,,-
the 2 bearings,,- the pulley,,
20. Assemble- the new pulley- the 2
bearings- the traverse- the bearing
21. Hold it tightly by locking the drive with
the 2.5 mm pin until elimination of the
axis looseness.
22. Get the cable through the back door of
the drive axis out
23. Make a turned loop in front (crossed
on the back - see draw. p6).
24. Put the drive axis in the instrument
and the loop of the cable.
25. Push the axis au maximm to the back
26. Position the cable on the pulley.
27. Tighten the cable by pulling it carefully
to the left (at the place of the spanner
on the base).
28. Keep the tension of the cable with one
finger and put the drive support in the
front (attention to the 2 guiding
bushes).
29. Remount the spanner by paying
attention of not touching the glass
scale with the cable (do not lock the
screw and attention to the 2 guiding
bushes).
30. Slide the back support of the drive on
the axis and fix it (attention to the 2
guiding bushes and do not lock the 2
screws.support and lock them
31. Check that the cable is properly put in
the drive pulley.
32. Lock the 4 hex screws of the drive
