To remove the filter
- Close the valve upstream of the
DOSATRON and allow the pressure
to drop to zero.
Before removing the filter, please
follow the dismantling instructions
at § CHANGING THE MOTOR
PISTON.
- Remove the injection assembly.
- Unscrew the bell-housing by hand
and remove it (Fig. 8).
- Remove the motor piston (Fig. 9-M).
- Remove the filter (Fig. 10-F).
- Remove the seal (Fig. 10-N).

INTERNATIONAL CONVERSIONS

Principle : Setting at 1% ⇒ 1/100 = 1 part of concentrate for 100 parts of
water.
Ex. : Setting at 2% ⇒ 2/100 = 2 parts of concentrate for 100 parts of
water.
Ratio ⇒ 1/50.

- Clean the filter and the seal with
clean water.
To refit the filter
- Before re-assembly make sure that
the seating area of the filter and seal
(Fig. 10-N) in the lower pump body
and the bell-housing are clean. If
necessary the seal has to be replaced.
- Then proceed in reverse order to
the above.
Important : in all cases tightening
must be done by hand.

FITTING THE SUCTION TUBE

If the DOSATRON has already been
used, please imperatively refer to §
PRECAUTIONS.
1- Fitting the suction tube for
models DI 1500, DI 05, DI 2, DI 16
- Unscrew the suction hose retainer
(Fig. 11) at the bottom of the injec-
tion assembly and thread it onto the
suction hose.
- Push the tube onto the suction
hose insert as far as it will go and
screw up the nut by hand.
2 - Fitting the suction tube for
models DI 150, DI 110
- Unscrew the suction hose retainer
(Fig. 12) at the bottom of the injec-
tion assembly and thread it onto the
suction hose.
ADJUSTING THE INJECTION RATE (with pressure off)
IMPORTANT ! Use no tools.
Adjustment must be made when there is no pressure in the DOSATRON.

1 - Adjusting the injection rate

for DI 1500, DI 05, DI 2, DI 150,
DI 110
- Unscrew the blocking ring (Fig.
14-B).
- Screw or unscrew the adjusting
sleeve (Fig. 15-D) so as to bring the
top of the sleeve into line with the
desired injection rate.
- Tighten the blocking ring (Fig. 15-B).

- Push the tube onto the suction

3 - Fitting the suction tube for
model DI 520 and viscous products
option (V)
- Unscrew the screw with a screwdri-
ver (Fig. 13) to loosen the tube clamp.
- Slide the tube onto the barb as far
as it will go, tighten the clamp.
