Connecting appliances directly

If the appliance is connected directly to one or several

that is not connected to the network and you can
continue to operate it via the control panel.
Before connecting the appliances, reset all existing
connections to your home network or other appliances.
Establishing a direct connection
Make sure that the cooktop is switched on and is in
search mode. Search mode means that the connection
process on the cooktop has been started.
To do this, refer to the section entitled "Connecting to the
extractor hood" in the user manual for your cooktop.
Open the Home Connect settings menu. ~ "Open
1.
or close the Home Connect settings menu"

the control knob flashes blue and yellow alternately.
The cooktop is connected to the extractor hood once

established, the illuminated ring around the control knob
lights up red. Turn the control knob to another position
and then back to position 2.
