13. Always use the slicer on a
level and uncluttered sur-
face.
14. Make sure that the lead
cable does not hang over the
edge of the worktop or table,
since this can cause acci-
dents, for example if small
children pull on the cable.
15. Route the lead cable so that
it is prevented from being
pulled or tripped over.
16. Never wrap the lead cable
around the appliance, but
around the cable storage.
17. Always disconnect the lead
cable from the wall socket
pulling on the plug, never on
the cable.
18. Never carry the slicer by the
lead cable.
19. Use the slicer only indoors.
20. Children are not aware of the
risks resulting from electrical
appliances and cutting tools.
Therefore the slicer must not
be used by children.
21. In order to avoid injuries, the
rest holder has to be placed
on the carriage, as soon as
the food is small enough to
place the rest holder.
22. Always use the rest holder
for slicing of small pieces of
food.
23. The appliance must not be
used for any other than the
provided purpose. Only use
it for cutting food, that does
not contain bones or any
other hard parts.
