Use

CAUTION!
The blades are sharp! Handle the product with care! Only hold the cutting and grating
inserts or the slice and stick cutting inserts by the handles and surfaces which are
provided for this purpose.
Cut up food only by pressing down on the cover! Do not attempt to push food through
the cutting inserts by hand. Only use fresh and, if possible, untreated food. Make sure
that the food is not rotten or mouldy.
Rinse all inserts immediately after use to prevent the formation of germs! Do not allow
any food residues to dry on (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).
Read the previous "Assembly" chapter and assemble the product prior to
use. The product should only be used if it has been correctly assembled!
1. Assemble the product in the manner described in the "Assembly" chapter, "Slice and
Stick Cutting Inserts" section.
Always make sure that you use the appropriate cover insert and cutting insert
pair (see the "Items Supplied and Product Overview" chapter)!
2. Prepare your food: Wash your food and remove stalks and, if necessary, any peel.
Cut solid foodstuffs such as onions or carrots into quarters or halves.
3. Place the food with the fl at side facing downwards onto the slice or stick cutting insert.
4. Press the cover (4) for the slice and stick cutting inserts down swiftly and fi rmly.
Attention: In case you are not able to cut the food at the fi rst attempt, fi rst, lift
the cover and, then, press the cover down swiftly and fi rmly again.
5. Clean the product after each use (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).

CAUTION!
The blades are sharp! Handle the product with care! Only hold the slice and stick
cutting inserts by the handles and surfaces which are provided for this purpose.
Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents and cleaning pads to clean the
product. These may cause damage to the product.
Some types of vegetable or fruit may discolour the plastic parts, e.g. beetroot.
This is normal and quite safe and does not constitute grounds for warranty claims.
1. Take the product apart.
2. Remove large pieces of remaining food from the slice and stick cutting inserts using
the cleaning scraper.
