5.1.2 Aanbrengen van de
beschermingstape op de lamel
• Op de lamel die in contact komt met het
glijblokje dienen we een doorzichtige
beschermtape te kleven. Dit voorkomt op
termijn beschadiging van de lak door wrij-
ving met het glijblokje.
• Roteer de lamellen ongeveer 90°, zo kan
je de tape makkelijker bevestigen.
• Ontvet het deel van de lamel waaop de
tape komt (FA Clean). A
• Positioneer het montagekaliber tegen de
druipneus van de lamel en zet tijdelijk vast
met een spanschroef. B
• Verwijder de beschermende film van de
tape.
• Plaats de tape op de lamel ter hoogte van
de uitsparing in het kaliber. Druk de tape
goed aan. C

5.1.2 Placement de la bande de
protection sur la lame
• Sur la lame qui est en contact avec le bloc
de coulissement, il est nécessaire de coller
une bande de protection collante, transpa-
rente. Ceci permet d'éviter à long terme
d'endommager le laquage par le frotte-
ment avec le bloc de coulissement.
• Effectuez une rotation des lames à environ
90°, afin de pouvoir placer la bande plus
facilement.
• Dégraissez la partie de la lame sur laquelle
vous posez la bande (FA Clean). A
• Positionnez le gabarit de fraisage contre
le nez d'écoulement de la lame et fixez-
le temporairement à l'aide d'un serre-joint.

• Enlevez le film protecteur de la bande
collante.
• Placez la bande sur la lame à la hauteur
de la découpe dans le gabarit. Appuyez
bien sur la bande pour la fixer. C

5.1.2 Schutztape an der Lamelle
anbringen
• Auf der Lamelle, die mit dem Gleitblock
in Kontakt kommt, muss ein durchsichtiges
Schutztape aufgeklebt werden. Dies wird
Lackschäden durch Reibung mit dem Gleit-
block verhindern.
• Drehen Sie die Lamellen um ca. 90°, so
können Sie das Tape leichter anbringen.
• Entfetten Sie den Teil der Lamelle, auf den
das Tape geklebt wird (FA Clean). A
• Positionieren Sie das Montagekaliber
gegen die Tropfnase der Lamelle und fixie-
ren Sie es vorerst mit einer Spannschraube.

• Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie vom Tape.
• Kleben Sie das Tape auf die Lamelle in
Höhe der Aussparung im Kaliber. Drücken
Sie das Tape gut fest. C

5.1.2 Applying the protective tape to
the blade
• Transparent protective tape must be
applied to the blade that will come into
contact with the sliding piece. This will
prevent damage to the coating in the long
term due to friction with the sliding piece.
• Rotate the blades through approximately
90°; this will make it easier to apply the
tape.
• Degrease the part of the blade to which the
tape will be applied (FA Clean). A
• Position the installation template against
the drip of the blade and temporarily fix it
into place using a clamp. B
• Remove the protective film from the tape.
• Apply the tape to the blade, inside the cut-
out in the template. Press the tape down
firmly. C
