• The cuddle roll must be checked frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there are any
such signs or if the cables are damaged or if the cuddle roll has not been used properly, it
must be taken either to the manufacturer or the dealer before further use.
• Repairs may only be carried out by specially trained personnel or at an authorised repair
workshop, as special tools are required. Incorrect repairs can lead to considerable danger for
the user.
• If you still have any questions regarding the cuddle roll, please contact our customer service.

2. Proper Use

The cuddle roll is designed for warming human bodies. It can be used for different areas inclu-
ding the back, neck or stomach, as a knee pillow or as a side-sleeper pillow in bed. The cuddle
roll is not intended for use in hospitals or for commercial applications. In particular, it may not be
used for warming infants, small children, persons insensitive to heat, persons who are helpless or
animals. To avoid soiling or damaging the cuddle roll, we recommend using a fabric cover. The
cuddle roll may smell of plastic when used for the first time, but this will soon go away.
3. Operation
3.1 Safety
The cuddle roll is fitted with a SAFETY SYSTEM. This electronic sensor technology prevents
the entire surface of the cuddle roll from overheating by automatically switching off if a fault
occurs. If the safety system switches off the cuddle roll automatically as a result of a fault, the
temperature display on the switch will no longer light up even when the cuddle roll is switched
on. Please note that, for reasons of safety, the cuddle roll can no longer be operated if a fault
occurs and must be sent in to the service address indicated.
3.2 Putting into operation
First check whether the switch is connected to the cuddle roll via the plug-in connection. Then
plug it into the mains outlet.
3.3 Selecting temperature
The fastest way to heat up the cuddle roll is to set the switch to the highest setting first. It can
then be turned down as required. After switching on the cuddle roll, the display of the selected
temperature will flash briefly and then remain illuminated. We recommend the lowest tempera-
ture setting for more prolonged use of the cuddle roll.
3.4 temperature settings
Setting:
0 = Off
1 = Minimum heat
2 = Moderate heat
3 = Maximum heat

3.5 Fast heating

The cuddle roll has a fast heating function which allows it to heat up quickly within
the first 10 minutes.
