POTENTIAL FAULTS WITH THE HANDHELD DEVICE
Fault
Problem
The Transfer mode to transmitter function is
The transmitter battery is dead.
not working.
No GPS reception.
No space found for the IMEI.
The time zone cannot be changed.
The changed time zone only becomes active
after the device has been restarted.

Solution
First charge the transmitter's battery
(charging time around 1 hour).
If you have activated radius monitoring, you
will need GPS reception during the
configuration process.
Ensure there is GPS reception by moving to
where there is a clear view of the sky.
Your IMEI register already contains three
IMEI numbers.
You can receive a maximum of three IMEI
numbers with your device.
Delete any IMEI numbers that are no longer
required from your register via Settings
IMEI MANAGEMENT.
Switch the device off, wait 10 seconds and
then switch it back on again.
