Loks mit externer Parametereinstellung
Bei allen bisherigen Versionen musste
zum Einstellen der Lokparameter das
Gehäuse entfernt werden. Von den Loks
mit Hochleistungsantrieb gibt es inzwi-
schen aber auch Versionen, deren Fahr-
parameter über die Control Unit 6021, der
Mobile Station oder der Central Station
elektronisch verändert werden können.
Ob Ihre Lok einen solchen Decoder
besitzt entnehmen Sie bitte der Lokanlei-
tung. Zu dieser Generation gehören zum
Beispiel auch die mfx-Lokomotiven. Bei
all diesen Modellen kann die Lokadresse,
die Anfahrverzögerung, die Höchstge-
schwindigkeit, die Mindestgeschwindig-
keit die Lautstärke (nur wenn der Decoder
ein integriertes Soundmodul besitzt) und
die Bremsverzögerung über die Mobile
Station dauerhaft im Lokdecoder verän-
dert werden.
Bei den Modellen mit mfx-Decodern
erfolgt die Erweiterung der Einstellmög-
lichkeiten automatisch beim selbstständi-
gen Anmelden der Lok. Bei den sonstigen
Modellen mit einem extern einstellbaren
Decoder (z.B. Modell der Baureihe 120
Art.-Nr. 37537) erfolgt die Erweiterung der
Einstellmöglichkeiten automatisch bei der
Auswahl aus der Datenbank. In dem
Menüpunkt „LOKÄNDERN" gibt es dann
neben den beiden bekannten Auswahl-
punkten „ADRESSE" und „NAME" auch
noch die weiteren Punkte „VMAX",
„ACC", „DEC", und „RESET". Bei Model-
len mit integriertem Soundmodul kommt
noch der Punkt „VOL" hinzu. Der Unter-
punkt „ADRESSE" ist übrigens erweitert
und zusätzlich auch noch für das Einstel-
len der Lokadresse zuständig.

Die neuen Untermenüs haben folgende
Aufgabe:
VMAX:
Einstellen der Höchstgeschwindigkeit
ACC:
Einstellen der Anfahrverzögerung
DEC:
Einstellen der Bremsverzögerung
VOL:
Einstellen der Lautstärke
RESET:
Zurücksetzen aller Werte im Lokdecoder
auf die serienmäßige Einstellung.
Hinweis: Änderungen an den Lokpara-
metern nur dann durchführen, wenn
nur die zu ändernde Lok von der
Mobile Station versorgt wird. Es dürfen
sich sonst keine weiteren Verbraucher
(beleuchtete Wagen etc.) auf dem Gleis
befinden. Bei Dampflokomotiven kann
es notwendig sein, dass der eingebaute
Rauchgenerator entfernt wird.
Wichtig! Daher nie während des laufen-
den Betriebs die nachfolgenden Menüs
aufrufen!
Locomotives with external
parameter settings
With all previous versions, the housing of
the locomotive had to be removed in
order to change its parameters. Among
those locomotives with a high-performance
drive system, there are now versions avai-
lable whose driving parameters can be
electronically changed via Control Unit
6021, the Mobile Station or the Central
Station. To find out whether your loco-
motive has one of these decoders, please
refer to its instruction manual. mfx models,
for example, also belong to this generation
of locomotives. The locomotive address,
the acceleration and braking delay, the
maximum and minimum speeds and the
volume (only if the decoder has an inte-
grated sound module) can be permanently
changed in the locomotive decoder for all
of these models using the Mobile Station.
In models with mfx decoders, the para-
meter options are extended automatically
when the locomotive registers itself. In the
other models with a decoder that can be
set externally (e.g. model of the 120 series,
article no. 37537), the parameter options
are extended automatically when selection
from the database is made. In addition to
the two known selection items "ADDRESS"
and "NAME", the "EDIT LOC" menu item
also has further items: "VMAX", "ACC",
"DEC", and "RESET". In modules with
integrated sound module there is also an
item "VOL". The sub item "ADDRESS" is
also extended and is additionally used for
setting the locomotive address.
The new submenus have the following
purposes:
VMAX:
Setting the maximum speed
ACC:
Setting the acceleration delay
DEC:
Setting the braking delay
VOL:
Setting the volume
RESET:
Restoring all values in the locomotive
decoder to the factory settings
Note: Only make changes to the loco-
motive parameters if the locomotive to
be changed is powered from the Mobile
Station. There should not be any other
consumers (illuminated coaches etc.)
on the track. In the case of steam loco-
motives, it may be necessary to remove
the fitted smoke generator.
Important! This means that you must
never call up the following menus during
operation!
