rispettato in ogni occasione.
Tutte le MANOMISSIONI atte ad aumentare la cilindrata,
la potenza, la velocità ed in senso generale le prestazioni
del motociclo sono punite dalla legge con opportune
sanzioni, tra le quali in particolare il sequestro del
motociclo, la nuova omologazione e/o la nuova
immatricolazione.
Le manomissioni di qualsiasi entità esimono il
costruttore da ogni responsabilità e fanno decadere
tutti i diritti di garanzia.
La MODIFICA o l'alterazione della posizione di targa,
gruppi ottici (fanaleria), avvisatori acustici e specchietto
retrovisore sono punibili a termini di legge e
comportano la decadenza della garanzia e della
copertura assicurativa.
I DATI DI IDENTIFICAZIONE del veicolo sono i seguenti:
- numero di telaio (fig. 1)
- numero motore (fig .2)
- codice chiave avviamento
L'alterazione del numero di telaio comporta sanzioni
penali e/o amministrative per il contravventore.
