  • Page 20 Installazione, manutenzione L’installazione del banco frigorifero, così come gli interventi di manutenzione devono essere effettuati da tecnici qualificati. Durante l’esecuzione degli interventi manutentivi i preposti sono tenuti ad operare nel rispetto delle indicazioni riportate sul manuale di istruzioni per l’uso. Prima di effettuare una qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione ELETTRICA o MECCANICA sul banco frigorifero, il tecnico preposto deve assicurarsi che sia stata tolta la tensione di alimentazione.

  • Page 23 6 - Technical details The display unit is accompanied by a plastic envelope containing this instruction manual. This manual must be kept with the machine. It contains all the technical data, wiring diagrams and tables needed for the unit. The following technical data are also shown on the serial plate (FIG. 8): 1.

Warning: The refrigerating circuit does not cause any chemical modification of the water generated from defrosting. This comes exclusively from the steam contained in the air circulating inside the unit.

  • Page 27 Installatione, maintenance The installation of the refrigerated cabinet, as well as maintenance, must be performed by skilled technicians. During the execution of the maintenance officers are required to operate in accordance with the instructions contained in the instruction manual. Before performing any ELECTRICAL or MECHANICAL maintenance on the refrigerator, the technician in charge must be sure that there is no power supply.

L’interrupteur en amont de la prise de courant doit sectionner l’alimentation électrique.

  • Page 39 Für eine optimale Konservierung der Produkte empfiehlt sich: Nicht die Schlitze für die Kälteverteilung, die eine korrekte Luftströmung garantieren, versperren (Abb. 15). Beim Auffüllen eines schon teilweise befüllten Möbels (zusätzlich zur Beachtung der oben aufgeführten Punkte) ist es angebracht, die frischen Lebensmittel unter die schon vorhandenen zu legen. Während der Nachtstunden die Nachtabdeckung (auf Wunsch verfügbar) einsetzen, diese erlaubt nicht nur eine bestmöglichste Konservierung der ausgestellten Produkte, sonder auch eine Energieeinsparung.

  • Page 43 Installation, Wartung Die Installation der Kühlmöbel sowie Wartungsarbeiten müssen durch qualifizierte Techniker durchgeführt werden. Während der Wartung sollen die Techniker die Anweisungen der Bedienungsanleitung beachten. Bevor evtl. mechanische oder elektrische Wartung auf dem Kühlschrank, der zuständige Techniker müssen sicherstellen, dass kein Strom gibt. Die Techniker verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten, die auf die Komponenten oder innere Bestandteile arbeiten sollen, sind der mechanischen Gefährdungen ausgesetzt.
