7 Operation
WARNING
Danger of overheating
Increased wear of electric motor due to overheating.
• If operated for 30 minutes, a cooling period of at least 5 minutes is required.
• This amount of time can change depending on an ambient temperature of max. 25°C.
CAUTION
Risk of injury
Injuries may be caused by improper handling:
• Be sure that the housing does not make contact if you pass over edging, because damage to the housing could occur.
• Do not point the suction hose at a person and do not use the product to clean clothing.
• Do not draw in any flammable substances or liquids.
• Do not suck in burning or glowing particles.
• Ensure sufficient ventilation while operating the extraction system.

NOTICE
• Only qualified personnel are permitted to perform work on the device or system.
• Consult the documentation for the welding components.

8 Putting out of operation

1 Switch off the extraction system by pressing the 0/Error button on the control panel.
2 Disconnect the extraction system from the power supply.
3 If necessary, disconnect the compressed air supply and earth cable.
NOTICE
• When the motor protective switch (1) is triggered, check for the cause. Push it in again after the error is rectified.
