9 Maintenance and cleaning
9.3 Emptying the filter housing
NOTICE
• Check and wear your personal protective equipment.
• Personal protective equipment consists of protective clothing, safety goggles, a class P3 respiratory mask, protective
gloves and safety shoes.
• Personal protective equipment must be worn when in the vicinity of the dust collecting bag as it is being filled with the
separated dust.
• The filter housing (4) must be emptied after each dedusting of the filter.

1 Seal plug

1 Remove the seal plug (1).
NOTICE
• The seal plug (1) is equipped with a bolt retainer. Do not remove the bolt retainer.
2 Attach the dust collecting bag at the waste disposal connection (2).
3 Unlock the latch (3) between the filter housing (4) and the housing.
4 Tip the filter housing (4) forward and tap on it to completely empty the dust.
5 Tip the filter housing (4) back and lock into place.
6 Remove the dust collecting bag from the waste disposal connection (2) and close it.
7 Dispose of the dust collecting bag in accordance with local regulations.
8 Replace the seal plug (1).
9 Clean the surrounding area if dust has escaped.
