Before starting the machine check the correspondence between voltage and
frequency according to the data mentioned on the identification plate.
Voltage differences from + 6 % and – 10 % are allowed.
The machine is made in protection class II.
Only use extension cables with a sufficient cross-section. A cross-section
which is too small could cause a considerable drop in performance and an
overheating of machine and cable. The tool includes a start-up speed limiter
to prevent fast expulsion fuses from unindented responding.
Switching on and off
CAUTION:
Before plugging in the tool, always check to see that the switch trigger
actuates properly and returns to the "OFF" position when released.
To prevent the trigger from being accidentally pulled, a lock-off button is
provided. To start the tool, press the lock-off button (A) and pull the trigger
(B) (Fig.2).
Release the trigger to stop.
Instructions for Use

Cutting height:
Cutting length:
Adjustment clamping range:
The original spacing or interval between the vise and the guide plate is 100 –
250 mm. If your work requires wider spacing or interval, proceed as follows
to change the spacing or interval. Remove the two hex bolts which secure
the guide plate. Move the guide plate as shown in Fig.3 and secure it
using the hex bolts. The following interval settings are possible: 65 – 215
mm ore 30 – 180 mm.
To work with reduced dust – replace the adjustable angled stop near
the dust hood.
Setting for desired cutting angle
To change the cutting angle, loosen the two hex bolts which secure the
guide plate. Move the guide plate to the desired angle (0° – 45°) and tighten
the hex bolts securely (Fig.4). The maximum cutting angle of 45 ° can only
be set in the frontmost position of the guide plate.
Securing workpieces
By turning the vise handle counterclockwise and then pull the lever back, the
vise is released from the shaft threads and can be moved rapidly in and out.
